STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE:

A particular early timber California Bunglow built in 1913 by Arthur Walker, Newtown and Chilwell's Town Clerk. It is architecturally significant locally as a particularly early representative of the Californian Bungalow style and historically in embodying white collar family life in Newtown just before the Great War.

INTACTNESS: Very Good. The fence is recent, there is a major two storey addition as the rear.
