STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE:

An unusual and particularly intact early Edwardian1904 1904 semi-detached timber house. It is architecturally significant locally for its rarity as a type, particularly in this period, and in timber and that the houses remain separate and separately owned. It is historically significant in evoking one tenancy way of life in Newtown early this century.

INTACTNESS: Excellent - The verandah has been reclad and the fence is recent.

CONDITIONS & THREATS - Poor. The sub floor ventilation is doubtful.
