C Listed - Local Significance STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: An unusual early Edwardian semi-detached timber house, building 1903. it is characteristically significance locally for its rarity as a type, particularly in this period, and in timber and that the house remain separate and separately and separated owned. It is historically significant in evoking one tenancy way of life in Newtown early this century. INTACTNESS: Very Good. The fence is recent. CONDITIONS & THREATS: Excellent generally, but sub-floor ventilation has been blocked, so the front the front room is damp.
