STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE

A timber Edwardian house of most unusual design, the whole front being one large bay with encircling verandah decorated with timber lattice, fretwork and balustrading. The form and planning of this house is of exceptional interest as it departs markedly from typical Edwardian houses.
