STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
Pakington Village is the former Miller homes, designed in 1909-10 by the architect William Cleverdon for the Trustees of Alexander Miller. The homes have been extended and converted into a shopping complex. It is of local significance.

Careful removal of paint from the brickwork and rough cast would greatly enhance the character of the building.
