B Listed - Regional Significance STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE This residence built in 1912 for Mrs Georgina Sutherland, widow, has regional historical significance as an example of Newtown's Edwardian villas constructed for affluent owners and often architect designed. It has regional architectural significance as an unusual Edwardian design, with some particularly interesting elements.
