Glen Avie is a timber Californian Bungalow built in 1923. It is architecturally significant as characteristic of this domestic style and historically significant as physical evidence of family life in 1920s Newtown.

INTACTNESS

Very good. The fence, gates and carport are recent and historicist, confusing the evidence of the past. The gates are anachronistic.
