STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE

A timber Edwardian house built in 1910. It is architecturally significant locally as characteristic of this domestic style and historically significant as physical evidence of family life in Newtown before the Great War.

INTACTNESS

Very good. The high fence is not appropriate.

CONDITION

Very good. The verandah floor is concrete at ground level diminishing sub-floor ventilation. The roof needs maintenance.
