STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE

Not of significance.

INTACTNESS: Poor. Since last inspection on 14 April, 1994, all this formerly very intact example of a group of Edwardian houses has been altered extensively to appear Victorian, windows, door, verandah brackets, finial, the verandah floor and the fences all appear to have been replaced. it is no longer even of interest.

CONDITIONS AND THREATS: Excellent. Over-restoration.
