C Listed - Local Significance STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE A characteristic Edwardian house, built in 1907. It is architecturally significant locally as representative of the Edwardian domestic style, for its strongly modeled chimneys and as one of a group of 12 relatively and most varied in Aberdeen Street. It is significant historically as a representative embodiment of the way of life in Edwardian Newtown. Intactness: Very good. The comer gable appears to be an infilled verandah bay refer ref 12. The picket fence is recent. The colour scheme is not quite correct. Conditions and Threats: Good.
