It is architecturally significant locally as a characteristic Edwardian style house, with good verandah valence and window brackets. And as one of a group of 12 relatively intact and most varied in Aberdeen Street. It is significant historically as a representative embodiment of the way of life in Edwardian Newtown. Intactness: Good. The verandah ballustrade is wrought iron. There is a security screen door. The front fence is not old, but the gate may incoporate early turned spindles.
