Statement of Significance

1. A speculative building, probably constructed to encourage further land sales in the Auburn Heights subdivision during difficult financial times of the 1990s. The first building constructed in that estate.

2. A landmark in Barkers Road, and a quirky architectural mixture of styles.

3. The corner gates, hedge and remnants of original fence are notable.
