Statement of Significance
Statement of Significance as recorded under the Queenscliff Heritage Study 2009 18-20 Glaneuse Road is of historical and aesthetic (architectural) significance to the Borough of Queenscliffe. It is a relatively early timber dwelling in the Point Lonsdale context, and associated with the Gane family. It is also a comprehensively detailed example of nineteenth century Italianate dwelling.
