Statement of Significance as recorded under the Queenscliff Heritage Study 2009
No. 132 Fellows Road is of historical and architectural significance to the Borough of Queenscliffe. It is the oldest surviving house in Point Lonsdale, and one of very few built there in brick at the time. As a modest and simply-detailed, verandah-fronted weatherboard residence it was also as a prototype for several subsequent early properties in Point Lonsdale.
