Original home of Adney family, pioneers in the Kew area. House notable for its vineyards and rose garden. Brick house of 16 roomswith bluestone foundations, it originally had a red marble fireplace and door panels painted with floral motifs by Miss Hicks of Hicks Atkinson P/L.
