The brick house at 15 Seaby Street, Stawell, is of aesthetic significance at a CONTRIBUTORY level in the Stawell Seaby Street precinct. The building retains qualities of a characteristic mid twentieth century brick house. These qualities include the intersecting hipped roofs clad in terra cotta tiles, the face brick chimney with simple corbelled brick banding, the brick walls of varying brick colours, the verandah being under the main house hipped roof, the timber double hung and fixed windows with upper lights of six panes, the multi paned glazed front door and brick steps with wrought iron balustrade. The matching brick and wrought iron panelled fence complements the house.
