Statement of Significance

The former store in Newall Street, Marnoo, is historically and architecturally significant at a CONTRIBUTORY level. The gable roof form clad in galvanised corrugated iron, projecting skillion verandah supported by timber columns and clad in galvanised corrugated iron, single storey height, horizontal timber weatherboard wall cladding, rear brick chimney at the side, broad eaves, and the timber gable ventilator are those elements that contribute to the historical and architectural amenity of the area.
