Former Bank, 8 Newall Street, MARNOO

The former Union Bank building, 8 Newall Street, Marnoo, is architecturally significant at a LOCAL level. It demonstrates original design qualities of an interwar Californian Bungalow style. In particular, this building has associations with the former Union Bank, original owner and occupier who instigated its construction in 1920.
