The homestead complex, 6476 Ararat-St Arnaud Road, Beazleys Bridge, has significance has a moderately intact example of a Victorian vernacular styled building. Probably built in the late 19th century, the homestead complex reflects the farming developments of that era. Both buildings are in poor condition. These qualities include the double gabled roof form clad in galvanised corrugated iron, vertical timber boarded wall cladding and vertical boarded timber doors.
